Individual Therapy (45-50 min)
Individual psychotherapy is a collaborative and confidential process that provides individuals with a safe and supportive environment to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through open and non-judgmental conversation, clients are encouraged to gain insight into their concerns, challenges, and personal experiences. I help clients in setting and achieving goals, developing coping skills, and improving their overall well-being. This form of therapy allows individuals to delve into their inner world, understand their patterns and triggers, and work towards personal growth and healing. By fostering self-awareness, promoting emotional regulation, and building resilience, individual therapy empowers individuals to navigate life's difficulties and create meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Couples Therapy (60 min)
Couples therapy can be a transformative process that aims to improve and strengthen the bond between partners. I am to provide a safe and supportive space for all couples to explore their concerns, enhance communication, and work through emotional challenges. Through the exploration of individual histories and relationship dynamics, couples therapy empowers couples to gain insight into their patterns and triggers, fostering empathy and compassion. Ultimately, couples therapy offers an opportunity for couples to heal wounds, rebuild trust, and cultivate a loving and resilient partnership.
Family Therapy (60 min)
Family systems therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on understanding the interconnectedness and dynamics within families. It views individuals as part of a larger system, where each member's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact others. The primary goal of family systems therapy is to identify and address problematic patterns of communication, conflict, and interaction within the family unit. By exploring these patterns and promoting open dialogue, the therapy aims to build stronger relationships, improve problem-solving skills, and enhance overall family functioning. This approach acknowledges the importance of the system as a whole, rather than solely focusing on individual issues, allowing for deeper understanding and substantial changes to occur within the family unit.
